My name is Sarah Elm and I am going to be a senior at Iowa State University. I am double majoring in Child, Adult, and Family Services and Psychology. I chose to study abroad in Ireland because I so badly wanted to experience another culture. Ireland has always had a place in my heart as I was an Irish dancer for 8 years. My experience abroad has helped me grow not only as a scholar, but also as an individual. I have became more open minded and flexible in my actions. When you study abroad, it really makes you realize what a big world there is out there and it lights a fire within you to discover more.
